I have put together this guide to help you understand food better, understand what it does in the body and how to work out how much YOUR body needs. It can be a bit overwhelming to see all these other fitness fanatics out there crunching numbers and doing maths when all you really wanted to do was get fit and healthy!

The structure of this guide is to provide you with healthy wholesome recipes that will fuel your body to help you reach your goals. This book is in conjunction with the Vegan Aesthetics members only meal plan so includes the bonus recipes on top of what the meal plan provides, but does not include recipes from the meal plan itself. I do not promote crash dieting, calorie restriction or any kind of quick weight loss trend. This community and the guides are here to help you create a lifestyle, a long term plan that you can carry with you throughout the years ahead.

With that being said, I have written up a section of this guide called Macros for You. Everybody has different calorie needs, however in terms of macronutrient ratios; the number of carbs, fats and proteins one needs, depends on your goal. This is all outlined in the next section of the guide to help you work out what is best for YOU.
